You are entitled to return any product ordered via the website www.vararohaperfumery.com within 10 days following the date of receipt, and subject to the following terms and conditions: 

i) Please send an email to Vararoha’s Customer Service: hello@vararohaperfumery.com. Please include your order number, tracking details for your return parcel and let us know if you prefer your items to be exchanged or returned. If you are wanting an exchange, please also let us know which fragrance you would like as part of your exchange.

ii) If you opt for a refund for your return, your 2ml sample gifts must also be returned in an unopened condition. If you decide to return an item without returning the 2ml sample gift item(s), our standard returns policy will be void.

Open products can't be returned or exchanged. 

iii)  Items must be returned to the below address in their original condition, sealed, together with the printed invoice.

Please note: The return of the product is the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are unable to provide prepaid return labels; return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
  • Returns must be sent back within 30 days (commencing when you receive your order).
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service - if we don’t receive your return, we can’t process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds and exchanges are available on full sized products only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our free 2ml samples.
  • Vararoha Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

We do not offer the possibility of returning or exchanging products purchased on the www.vararohaperfumery.com website at physical sales outlets. Also, products purchased from our stockists may be returned directly to them, subject to each store’s Return Policy.
